    Ongoing support via email and DM to keep you informed and empowered
    Media exposure: your shop may be featured in event promotions and recap content

    It also covers: our time working with you on registration, advertising, entertainment, and location fee.

    This is more than a booth—it’s a chance to connect, sell, and shine in a professionally produced, joy-filled environment.

  • IMPORTANT: Vendor Set-Up Expectations

    UMBRELLAS ONLY REQUIRED** (8x6 Spaces) Unless selling drinks.

    ● Each booth shall have elevated merchandising, including professionally produced signage. Merchandise shall be displayed using risers and interesting furniture pieces, as opposed to simply being placed flat on folding tables.
    ● Each booth must have a visible company name/logo of the business, either
    professionally or artfully created.
    ● Each booth shall have professionally written signage for pricing and payment options either professionally or computer generated, or artfully created. Signage shall be in frames or attached to the product, as opposed to taped to display.
    ● All vendor booths must be ADA accessible/compliant.

    ● All umbrellas shall be neutral in color (white, cream, beige) and have weighted stands.
    ● All tables shall be covered with linens that go all the way to the floor.
    ● All personal items shall be out of sight of guests, either stored in vehicles or under fully
    skirted tables.
    ● Table linens shall be wrinkle free and/or fitted.

    ● Prohibited uses include: items containing explicit language, items containing religious or political references, weapons of any kind (inclusive of custom pocket knives), knock offs of any copyright brands (i.e Hello Kitty, Barbie, Disney, handbag brands), items containing or depicting drugs or CBD, and any other uses as shared by property management.

    1. General Guidelines
    Vendors must comply with all The Good Vibe Makers Market policies, guidelines, and updates communicated via email, DM, or official announcements.
    Vendors are responsible for ensuring all product listings are accurate, including photos, descriptions, and prices.
    All vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful presence throughout the event.
     
    2. Product Standards
    Counterfeit, replica, or knockoff goods are strictly prohibited.
    Vendors may not list or display items that violate intellectual property rights or contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
    The Good Vibe Makers Market reserves the right to request removal of any item deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
     
    3. Marketing & Media
    By participating, vendors consent to The Good Vibe Makers Market using their shop name, logo, product photos, and related content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

     4. Communication & Support
    Vendors must remain responsive to The Good Vibe Makers Market communications via email and direct messages.
    Timely communication ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved.
     
    5. No Refunds or Transfers
    All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances.
    Please apply only if you are confident in your availability and ability to participate.
     
    6. Liability Waiver
    The Good Vibe Makers Market is not liable for any damage, injury, theft, or illness that may occur before, during, or after the event.
    By participating, vendors acknowledge they are willing participants and assume full responsibility for their setup, products, and personal safety.
     
    7. Termination of Agreement
    The Good Vibe Makers Market reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who violate these terms, or who engage in dishonest, unethical, or disruptive behavior.
    We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all.

If your application is approved, this fee will be applied toward your vendor deposit.
