🚴‍♂️ Join us for a fun and educational community event! Every registered child will receive a free bicycle helmet (while supplies last) and learn about bike safety through demonstrations, fun Q & A with Dr Vishalakshmi Batchu and team and helmet fitting.

📅 Date: Saturday, December 13th, 2025
🕘 Time: Choose a 45-minute group session between 8:45 AM and 12:30 PM

Come 5 to 10 minutes before your alloted slot time

During your 45 minute time slot, you will watch a bike safety video, participate in a fun Q & A with us, the volunteers will fit the helmets on your kids' heads. Please take photos and videos and post it on social media or your groups

Each child requires a separate signup form submission.
👉 If you are bringing more than one child, please complete the form once for each child.

Choose Helmet Size (Required)
Measure first, then choose a size. Use a flexible tape and measure your child’s head circumference level with the eyebrows and ears (the widest part of the head). Keep the tape snug, not tight. Match your measurement to the ranges shown in inches. We’ll fine-tune the fit on site.*
🧢 How to Measure Your Child’s Head for a Helmet

Use a soft measuring tape (or a string + ruler).
Place the tape 1 inch above the eyebrows, wrapping it around the head.
Keep it level above the ears and around the back (widest part).
Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
Note the measurement in inches or cm.
Compare it to the helmet size ranges.

If between sizes, pick the larger one — we can adjust smaller at the even

About the 45-Minute Session
Each session includes:

✅ Bike safety education with fun, hands-on tips
✅ Fun Bike Safety Q&A
✅ Proper helmet fitting for your child

👉 Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in. Sessions are limited to 17 children per group (along with parents)
Choose one group time slot. Each lasts 45 minutes and includes helmet fitting and bike safety education. Limited to 17 children per slot.*

I confirm that I measured my child’s head, selected the correct helmet size to the best of my knowledge, and will bring my child to the chosen time slot.
Mandatory Attendance*

I acknowledge that once I register, a helmet is reserved for my child. I am responsible for ensuring my child attends at the selected date and time to receive the helmet.
