1. Membership Tiers

Founder Membership: 1 Stall. $75/month (limited to first 10 members, rate locked for duration of continuous, uninterrupted membership

Early Bird Brotherhood Membership: 1 Stall. $125/month (limited offer, rate locked for duration of continuous, uninterrupted membership

Brotherhood Membership: 1 Stall. $150/month.

Premium Builder Package Add-On: +$100/month (must be combined with a Founder or Brotherhood membership

TERBO Shop Membership: 24/7 access to the TERBOcharged workshop at BeaverWood

 

2. Payment Terms & Authorization

Membership dues are charged monthly via credit card or ACH.

Membership auto-renews each month unless canceled with 30 days' written notice.

To cancel membership, submit a membership cancellation form on the TERBO website.

Late payments over 10 days may result in suspension of access.

Member expressly authorizes Company to automatically charge the payment method on file for dues, fines, late fees, and other charges incurred under this Agreement as well as TERBO credits used. 

Member waives the right to dispute such charges with their bank or card provider, provided the charges are consistent with this Agreement.

Payment can be made in the form of TERBO credit given from volunteer time spent working on shop tasks as assigned by the Quartermaster. Base shop rate is $15/hr. 

3. Facility Use and Access

Each membership grants use of one stall in the facility (either reserved or shared per booking system)

Members must keep their motorcycle within the stall lines as measured with a plumb bob from floor to ceiling.

If equipment is over the line, the Member has 1 day to correct before a fine of $5/day begins accruing.

Access to the Stables is permitted 24/7.

Access to the lounge is limited to posted open hours, which may change and will be published on the official Stables calendar (events page on the website).

Member must maintain their stall and common areas in a clean and safe condition.

 

Door and Gate Security

Member must ensure the doors are fully closed and secured every time they enter or leave the facility.

Leaving the door open and unattended will result in a $25 fine per occurrence.

If any theft, damage, or loss occurs as a result of a Member leaving the door open, that Member shall be fully liable for all resulting damages, including but not limited to other Members' motorcycles, tools, or property.

Member acknowledges such liability may require a claim through their motorcycle insurance or personal liability coverage.

The outdoor gate is to be left as it is found. If you find it open, leave it open. If you find it locked, leave it locked. 

4. Insurance Requirement

Neither TERBO nor The Stables offer insurance coverage for your items. 

All Members must maintain an active motorcycle insurance policy that includes liability coverage.

Proof of insurance must be provided before membership activation and renewed as requested by Company.

Failure to maintain proper insurance is grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund.

In the event a Member causes damage, theft, or loss to another Member's motorcycle or property, the responsible Member agrees to: (a) File a claim under their insurance policy if applicable; and (b) Remain personally responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.

 

5. Member Responsibility for Damage to Others' Property

Each Member is responsible for their own actions while in the facility.

Company will not mediate disputes between Members but may, at its sole discretion, provide documentation to assist with an insurance claim.

If damages occur due to an intruder entering because a Member left the door open, that Member is responsible for resulting damages.

 

6. Safety & Security

The facility is equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras and secure access controls.

Only active Members are permitted entry; guests must be accompanied at all times and remain the responsibility of the hosting Member.

All guests must sign a liability waiver before entry. Bringing a guest without a signed waiver will result in a $25 fine; repeat violations may result in termination.

Company staff may perform checks to ensure stalls are safe and orderly.

While Company strives to maintain a secure environment, Company does not guarantee protection against theft, fire, or other incidents.

7. Brotherhood Code of Conduct

Respect for fellow Members, staff, and property is required.

No harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior is permitted.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

The complete and official Code of Conduct may be modified at any time by Company and will be posted on the website.

Any disputes, disagreements, or other differences of opinions will be handeled in accordance with biblical principals. 

 

8. Termination

Company may terminate this Agreement immediately for:

- Non-payment

- Violation of Code of Conduct

- Unsafe or unlawful activity

- Stablemasters discrepency

 

Member may cancel with 30 days written notice by submitting a membership cancellation form on the TERBO website. 

9. Founder & Early Bird Rate Guarantee

Members with Founder or Early Bird Brotherhood Memberships are guaranteed their rate for the duration of uninterrupted membership If membership lapses the locked rate is forfeited.

10. Premium Builder Package (Add-On)

🚚 Concierge pickup/drop-off (up to 12 per year, within Linn County)

🧼 Monthly wash/detail service

🔧 Quarterly maintenance check

🛢 Annual oil change (labor only)

🎖 Priority access to events + lift bays

Services are provided by Company or its approved partners.

 11. Waiver of Liability

Member acknowledges that motorcycle storage and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to theft, fire, accident, or injury. Member voluntarily assumes all such risks and releases Company, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any and all liability for loss, damage, injury, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except for Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from Member's use of the facility, Member's guests, or failure to comply with this Agreement.

 

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be subject to mediation in Linn County, lowa. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of lowa.

Insurance Verification Addendum

(This Addendum is part of the Membership Agreement)

Member affirms they currently maintain an active motorcycle insurance policy with liability coverage.

2. Acknowledgment of Responsibility

Member agrees that:

Maintaining insurance is a condition of membership.

If Member causes damage, theft, or loss, Member will:

a. File a claim under their insurance policy; and

b. Remain personally responsible for costs not covered.

Company is not liable for theft, fire, accident, or damage to vehicles or personal property.

 

3. Updates

Member will notify Company of any change in insurance and provide updated proof upon request.
