  • ISFA Fabricator Exchange™ Speaker Agreement

    This Speaker Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the International Surface Fabricators Association (“ISFA”) and the undersigned speaker (“Speaker”). By submitting a session proposal through the ISFA Fabricator Exchange™, Speaker affirms acceptance of the following terms and responsibilities.

    1. Speaker Responsibilities

    • Submit complete and accurate session information (title, description, learning objectives, key takeaways, AV requirements) by the stated deadlines.
    • Provide presentation slides, handouts, or supplemental materials at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled session.
    • Deliver content that is educational in nature and does not promote specific products or services beyond illustrative use.
    • Ensure all material complies with antitrust guidelines and avoids competitively sensitive information (e.g., pricing, market allocation, wages).
    • Use ISFA-approved branding for slides and materials when requested.
    • Notify ISFA immediately of any changes in availability or special AV needs.
    • Participate in scheduled tech checks or rehearsals as required.
       

    2. Event & Participation Terms

    • By submitting a proposal, Speaker acknowledges this submission represents a formal commitment to present if selected.
    • Speaker understands that most engagements are unpaid, as ISFA is a nonprofit organization. Specific arrangements, including event logistics, will be discussed upon selection.
    • Speaker will receive complimentary registration to the event in which they are presenting.
    • ISFA will provide standard AV support; additional needs must be identified at the time of submission.
       

    3. Use of Speaker Information

    • By submitting this proposal, Speaker grants ISFA the right to use their name, likeness, bio, headshot, company logo, and session information in promotional materials, websites, publications, and event marketing.
    • ISFA may record, photograph, or livestream the presentation and distribute content through ISFA channels (print, digital, social media, podcasts, etc.).
    • Speaker affirms that all content submitted or presented is original or appropriately licensed, and Speaker has the authority to grant ISFA usage rights for promotional and educational purposes.
       

    4. Co-Branding & Marketing

    • ISFA will provide co-branding and marketing exposure through event promotions, digital campaigns, and publications.
    • Speakers agree to collaborate with ISFA on promotion of their session, including sharing through personal or company channels when appropriate.
       

    5. Acknowledgment & Approval

    By submitting a session proposal through the ISFA Fabricator Exchange™, the Speaker acknowledges and agrees:

    • This submission is a formal agreement to participate if selected.
    • ISFA reserves the right to review, edit, and/or decline proposals at its discretion.
    • Approved sessions will be scheduled, promoted, and managed at ISFA’s sole discretion.
    • Speaker agrees to comply with all ISFA guidelines, policies, and event requirements.
