I understand that lessons must be canceled THE NIGHT BEFORE THE SCHEDULED LESSON, or AT LEAST by the morning of the lesson, in order to receive a credit. Last minute cancellations and no-shows, will still be charged so we can pay our instructor for the reserved time and travel. In case of illness or emergency last-minute cancellations, we may offer up to two courtesy make ups per trimester when scheduling allows. Whenever possible, the school may reschedule the lesson or make up the time instead of canceling.
