I understand that lessons must be canceled the night before the scheduled lesson in order to qualify for a makeup lesson. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows generally are not eligible for a makeup unless due to illness or another genuine emergency. In the event of a properly canceled lesson, the school will make every reasonable effort to provide a makeup through rescheduling or by adding time to future lessons. Makeup lessons must be scheduled and completed within the current billing period. Unused makeup lessons do not carry over to future months.
