Thank you for your interest in having a civil engineer present in your classroom or special event during National Engineers Week (February 22-28, 2026!) This form allows us to collect all the necessary information and prepare our volunteers for their visit.

Presentation & Visit Details

Teachers may request up to five (5) classroom visits to host a professional in the civil engineering industry in your classroom. ACEC Indiana will accommodate at least one (1) request from every teacher and will consider additional requests based on volunteer availability, so please list your date/time in priority order. Be sure to complete all form fields, as this information is helpful when pairing requests with volunteers.

ACEC Indiana has standardized presentation materials and activities for all volunteers, which can be found on our website. Please feel free to review our materials in advance.
