How It Works

 Schedule Service

Select your preferred service day when booking. We organize our routes the day before to ensure efficient scheduling.

Reminders & Notifications

You will receive:
A text and email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled service 
A “we’re on the way” text and email 1 hour before service

Yard Access

Ensure your yard is accessible. You do not need to be home during service.
Simply ensure your yard is accessible and pets are safely inside.
If you have a gate, leave it unlocked or provide a key.
We will double-check that the gate is secure after service. 

 Pet Safety

Please keep pets inside while we service the yard to ensure their safety.

Waste Removal

We walk the yard in a grid pattern to pick up all waste. After a first pass, we do a second walkthrough to ensure nothing is missed. All waste is bagged and placed in your trash receptacle.

Sanitation

Tools and shoes are disinfected after each service to keep your yard safe and clean.

Optional Add-Ons

We offer a natural yard deodorizer for no extra cost, formulated to neutralize pet odors instead of masking them.

Weather & Scheduling

Services continue in most weather. Heavy rain, snow, or very cold conditions may cause a slight delay; service will resume on the next scheduled day.

Holidays

We do not provide service on major holidays 
Missed services will occur on the following scheduled day.

Billing

When you sign up, you pay for the first week of service. After your first cleaning, we will bill you for the remaining weeks in the month so that everyone’s account is aligned to our standard schedule. From the 1st of the next month onward, you will be billed for a full month of service, and all future payments will automatically occur on the 1st of each month. This keeps billing simple, consistent, and automatic.
