GUIDELINES FOR THE BELTWAY CHURCH OF CHRIST
BUILDING & GROUNDS
1. The “Requestor” is solely responsible for ensuring that all rules and guidelines are followed.
2. The “Requestor” is responsible for set up, cleaning, and making sure all tables and chairs are put away.
3. All items used in the kitchen are to be washed, dried, and put back in the place where it was found.
4. Food is not to be left in the refrigerator.
5. All trash is to be bagged and taken to the dumpster. The dumpster is on the south side of the building. To
locate the dumpster, exit the main front door and proceed to the left side of the building.
6. Alcoholic beverages and controlled substances are not permitted anywhere in the building or the grounds.
Any members or guest who brings alcoholic beverages or controlled substances into the building or onto the
property, or who attempts to in any form, or who is suspected of being under the influence of such, will be
asked to leave the property immediately. If appropriate, the proper authorities will be contacted to address
this matter as well.
7. The following food/items will not be allowed in the building nuts, seafood, and onions.
8. Games of chance and any other games devised for the purpose of gambling or can be considered gambling
are prohibited.
9. Loud music and dancing of any type is prohibited.
10. If decorations are used, the floors, walls, and furnishings must be protected. No materials that may
permanently deface the walls, floors, or furnishings should be used. Decorations cannot be hung or
suspended from the light fixtures.
11. All decorations shall be removed immediately following the event.
12. The “Requestor” enter will return all borrowed or rented items from the Owner.
13. Any types of live instruments are not allowed in the building without prior written approval.
14. Eating and drinking is only allowed in the Fellowship (multipurpose room).
