2026 Delaware County Arts Grant Individual Arts Application

The Roxbury Arts Group is proud to work in partnership with the New York State Council on the Arts since 1986 to administer the Delaware County Arts Grant program. This opportunity is a regrant program of NYSCA and is made possible with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. Community Arts grants constitute the majority of Delaware County Arts Grant-making. These grants provide support for arts and cultural projects and programs that take place in Delaware County to enable emerging artists and organizations to enhance the cultural climate in communities and neighborhoods where they live and operate.

Letter of Agreement with RAG*

If you are applying for the Individual Artist Category you need a Letter of Agreement between you and the Roxbury Arts Group. You may request this by sending your project description, expenses, and community engagement plan to community@roxburyartsgroup.org.

Letter of Commitment

A letter of commitment is highly recommended if the artist is planning to show work, perform, or teach a workshop at a venue. The letter should be on the venue’s letterhead (if applicable) and be signed by both the artist and a representative from the venue. The letter should include in detail the artistic activities that will occur and the roles and expectations of the artist and organization, agreed on by all parties.
