PreconLabs offers a free, manual pre-construction takeoff and estimation service as a "Concierge MVP." You submit your information, and our team manually performs the takeoff and provides you with a report. This Service is provided for a limited time and at no cost, for the purpose of validating our business model and gathering user feedback.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content, including project plans and any related data (collectively, "Your Content"), that you upload or submit to the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit Your Content.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not contain any sensitive or proprietary information that you are not authorized to share. PreconLabs is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or loss of any sensitive or proprietary data contained within Your Content.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or threatening.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Spamming, unauthorized data scraping, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. However, by submitting Your Content, you grant PreconLabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and limited license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze Your Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service and for internal business purposes, including but not limited to, validating our business idea, improving our processes, and for our team's internal usage.
We will not sell, rent, or lease Your Content or any of your personal data to third parties.

We may use third-party services, such as cloud storage providers, to facilitate the Service. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. PreconLabs is not responsible for the privacy practices or data security of any third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Accuracy
You acknowledge that you use the report and the data it contains entirely at your own risk. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. PRECONLABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the estimation report provided. The report is for informational and validation purposes only and should not be used as the final basis for decisions or financial transactions.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECONLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF PRECONLABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This limitation applies to any claims arising from:
- The use or inability to use the Service.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PreconLabs regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
