Get help from the University Health Service

You can submit an online request between 8:00am and 2:00pm.
After that time, the online requests service moves to a more limited system so our team has enough time to safely process and respond to requests. We can still safely direct you to some services using this quick form.

If you have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait until tomorrow, please call the practice on 023 8055 7531.

If out of hours, please use NHS 111.

Always call 999 or visit the Emergency Department at Southampton General Hospital in a life-threatening emergency such as chest pain, strokes or severe abdominal pain.
