STALL OPERATOR AND FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION
Australia Day festivities will take place in the historic village of Berrima on Monday 26 January 2026.
As part of the day's events, the annual Citizenship Ceremony and 2026 Citizen and Young Citizen of the Year Awards will feature. To compliment the ceremony and to add a 'festive feel', the traditional Australia Day Market will be held throughout Berrima Village. There will be children's amusements, live entertainment and of course, the Street Parade at midday!
Successful stall operators will be provided with a 3m x 3m marked site (multiple sites may be requested) or an appropriately sized site if a food truck or trailer. Stall operators will be required to supply all the equipment for the stall, incuding a marquee (pop-up/temporary structure, optional) tables, chairs, display racks, etc.
COST:
$55.00 - For a 3m x 3m site
$99.00 - For a Food truck/trailer site
Applications are open and close on Friday, 5 December 2025.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday, 12 December 2025 by COB. Site allocation and invoices will be sent out to each individual stallholder.
Before submitting the form, please note the following requirements for operating on the day:
- Market Address: Market Place Public Reserve, 4 Market Place, Berrima
- Site bump-in is from 7.00am to 9.00am on Monday, 26 January 2026.
- Trading commences at 9.00am through to 2.00pm.
- There is NO electricity supply available.
- Food stall operators will need to provide their own power supply.
- Event parking is not provided for stall operators.
- This is an outdoor event, please consider all weather conditions in planning for the day.
- A copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate of currency must be attached to this submission for the application to proceed (minimum $20 million).
