    • The project is prioritized on the design that is compatible with my style at first.
      Once your project is selected I'll send you my email for a deposit. (only E-transfer is available) including the available slot and quote.
    • I charge by pieces for the small-medium size // by hourly for the big size. I'll estimate the quote based on the design, placement and size.
    • I'll send you the design the day before the appointment date. There is a chance you are able to ask to modify the draft. The design process will be started once the reservation is completed.

    • A deposit is required to complete an appointment. It will be deducted on the final quote.(A deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable)
    • There is a date set. If you don't reply to me back within 48 hours after I email you with the quote and available date, I am not guaranteed to hold the slot afterward.
    • Once you receive my email, please send me a deposit within 24 hours to complete the reservation. Otherwise, the slot I offered will go to another client. Please check your junk/spam mailbox once you submit this form.
    • If you ask to change your idea completely after your reservation is completed The extra fee will be required and be rescheduled(the quote may vary)
    • A deposit will be forfeited if you ask for rescheduling from the 2nd time. A new deposit is required from 3rd scheduling.
    • You should inform me regarding either rescheduling or cancellation at least 2 days in advance.
