Terms & Conditions

1. Fees & Payment

• A monthly fee will be charged based on the actual number of sessions scheduled each month.
• Monthly instalments: The total program fee will be collected in 8 instalments via Direct Debit Authorization (DDA).
• Instalment amounts may vary depending on the number of sessions in each month.

2. Registration

•  A HK$100 registration fee is required at the time of application.
• If the child is successfully admitted, the registration fee will be deducted from the first month’s program fee.
• If the application is not successful, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
• If parents/guardians do not attend the Meet & Greet session, this will be considered a withdrawal of the application. In such cases, the registration fee is non-refundable.
• If an offer of admission is confirmed and subsequently declined by the parent/guardian, the registration fee will also be non-refundable.

3. Meet & Greet Session

• All applicant families are required to attend a Meet & Greet session prior to final admission.
• The Meet & Greet session is an important part of the admission procedure.
• Important: Failure to attend the scheduled meet-and-greet session will be treated as withdrawal of the application. Please note that no alternative sessions will be arranged, even if prior notice is given.

4. Withdrawal Policy

• After admission, parents/guardians may withdraw their child from the program by providing at least one month’s written notice.
•  Fees already paid are non-refundable, and no pro-rata refunds will be given for withdrawal during a month.

5. Make-Up & Refund Policy

• No make-up classes, rescheduling, or refunds will be provided for:
  • Student absences
  • Class cancellations due to inclement weather (e.g. Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Red/Black Rainstorm Signal)
  • Education Bureau (EDB) mandated class suspensions
  • Missed classes for any of the above reasons will not be carried forward.

6. Others

• Having read the information sheet and understood the level of supervision to be provided, I agree to my child taking part in the program.

• I understand that all reasonable care will be taken of my child during the adventure program and that he/she will be required to follow all directions and instructions given, and observe all rules and regulations governing the activity.
• I certify that the information provided above is true and correct.
• I give permission for any photos/videos taken during the program to be used by Wholesome Education Limited for promotional purposes.
• Wholesome Education Limited reserves the right to change instructors, time, venue, and/or content of the program. If the number of enrolments is insufficient to run the class, we reserve the right to cancel it at our sole discretion, as we deem appropriate.
