    All rates listed below are service visit charges, per service visit, unless otherwise specified. Any hour(s) worked over 8 hours will be billed hourly. Customer agrees that the estimate below is simply an estimate and is subject to change.
  • Is this a shared visit? (both properties will be serviced simultaneously)*

  • For a shared visit, where both properties are serviced simultaneously, the invoice will generally be billed at 62.5% to you and 62.5% to the neighboring property. If you require more extensive work than the neighboring property, or vice versa, the final charges may be adjusted accordingly, with the property requiring more work being billed a higher percentage of the total invoice.

    • All rates are service visit charges, per service visit unless otherwise specified. Any hour(s) worked over 8 hours will be billed hourly.

    • The Contingency Fee is intended to cover unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the course of services that lead to an increase on the original estimate. This can include, but is not limited to, additional time, laborers and/or equipment. If no additional costs are incurred, the contingency is not applicable on the final invoice. However, total costs may exceed the 20% contingency.

    • In the event that the job requires more time, labor, and/or equipment that is not covered by the 20% contingency, an addendum or update to the original estimate may be provided to you.

    THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE. WE CANNOT SUPPLY A FINAL TOTAL UNTIL ALL SERVICES ARE RENDERED, as all jobs are different in scope, size and difficulty.
