Currently, we offer two tracks of training for Pre-Employment skill building. Which are you interested in being contacted about? Check both if you are interested in both.
*
The Prep Table: A culinary pre-employment program aimed at giving workers the skills needed to obtain entry-level culinary jobs. This class averages two weeks (80 hrs) of in person instruction.
Heart of Hospitality: Room Attendant Training which teaches the skills needed to obtain work in hotel housekeeping roles. This class is usually 1 week of instruction (40 hours) of in-person instruction.
Neither of these options are for me, but please keep in posted about future opportunities as they become available
Both of our current training programs are very physical in nature. They require standing for 8-10 hours, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50lbs, and are in industries that have variable working hours. Because of this, we recommend that interested individuals be able to meet those physical requirements before taking training or seeking employment in these roles.
