  • 8th/9th Grader Form

    Before you continue, we want to be honest: we have fewer openings than usual for rising 8th and 9th graders this summer. While space is limited, we’re incredibly thankful for your interest, your heart to serve, and your commitment to walking through this application. It means a lot to us!

  • The following topics are areas in which the leadership of Blue Grass Christian Camp believe are contrary to God's will. These are often areas that young adults struggle. We ask that you answer the following questions honestly. "Yes" answers will not disqualify applicants from positions; however, we believe it is best for us as a camp family to have honest conversations about these topics together in order to help ensure that we are helping each other in our walks with Christ and also in providing positive (not perfect) examples of following His will for our life.
  • RETURNING 12th Grade and Older Form

    Your interest to return to the summer staff speaks volumes about your heart for camp and your investment in our mission. We’re grateful for you and excited for the opportunity to partner with you in 2026!

    I understand and agree that: The information I have provided on this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. Any misrepresentation or omission of any fact in my application, resume, or other materials, or during any interviews, can be justification for refusal of employment, or if employed, termination from employment of Blue Grass Christian Camp. I hereby authorize any present or former employer, person, firm, corporation, or government agency to answer all questions and release or provide any information within their knowledge or records dealing with any information I have provided on this application, and I agree to hold any and all of them harmless and free of any liability for releasing any information that is within their knowledge and records. FBI and/or Kentucky State Police and/or Administrative Office of the Courts check of any police criminal records may be required for my employment.
  • In consideration for my employment I agree to comply with the policies, rules, regulations, and procedures of Blue Grass Christian Camp and understand that my employment and compensation can be terminated with or without cause of notice, at any time. Furthermore, the parties agree that any claim of dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall be settled by biblically based mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration Association. The Parties to this agreement are Christians and believe the Bible commands them to make every effort to live at peace and to resolve disputes with each other in private or within the Christian church (see 1 Corinthians 6:1-8; Matthew 18:15-20). The parties agree that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit against one another in any civil court for such disputes, except to enforce a legally binding arbitration decision.
