Your device will be evaluated for warranty coverage:

Warranty Periods: 1 year for TENNANT BioTransducers®, 2 years for TENNANT BioModulators®.

If within warranty, the device will be repaired to “like new” condition and returned at no cost for the repair or return shipping.

If outside warranty, you will receive a repair estimate. The minimum service charge is $399.
