Please fill out this form to be considered as a vendor at our markeplace. Selected vendors will receive approval notice via text and email, with a link for payment.

ALL VENDORS are expected to promote regularly on social media or if you do not use social media, share the event with your phone and email contacts/ customers in person. Do you agree to promote the event several times before October 26th? *
All paid vendors will have the opportunity to compete for a grant, awarded at the event! Shoppers will vote for their favorite business in person by depositing tickets in each business's bucket. Invite your family, friends, and customers, and provide great service and good vibes to new and potential customers for the best chance at winning! The business with the most tickets wins! What would you do with $150 free dollars infused into your business?
Setup is from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. ALL VENDORS are expected to be set up by 11:30 am to sell. NO SETUP will be allowed after doors open to shoppers at 11:30 am. No refunds or transfers will be given to vendors arriving after 11:30 am. No refunds or transfers will be given to vendors who do not show up. All vendors are expected to stay set up until 4:30 pm, at which time, you may begin breaking down. Do not register if you cannot commit to selling 11:30 am - 4:30 pm. All trash must be cleaned up and spaces left in the same condition as when you arrived. Do you agree?*

Read the following vendor policy in full. Submitting this form is equivalent to you agreeing to the terms in this policy: Vendor fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Vendor fees MAY be eligible for transfer to a future event if one is scheduled, and solely at the owner's discretion. Transfers are not guaranteed. No shows are not eligible for transfer consideration. Cancelation the day of is considered a no show, which also forfeits transfer consideration. No exceptions. You may only transer once, if granted. If you cannot vebd on your second daye, you forfeit your fee in full. No exceptions. There will be no alcohol, Marijuana or adult novelty toy vendors at any events held at 79 W. Alexandrine St. Detroit, MI 48201. To win the $150 grant, you must be present to win. The winner will be selected based on having the most tickets in their ticket buckets at the time voting ends. Any shopper can vote for any business(es)/ organization(s). The cost to vote is $1, which yields two tickets. Tickets purchased are limited to one purchase (2 individual tickets) per person. I.e. one person cannot pay $10 for 20 tickets to vote for one business/organization 20 times. Voters will receive a mark on their hand to show they have already received tickets to vote. One representative from each business/ organization vending may purchase tickets to vote. Those tickets may be used to vote for their own business/ organization. Do you agree to this policy?
