Vendor Application - Taste of Newtown
Happing Saturday, Nov. 8 at R. L. Taylor Community Complex, A Taste of Newtown is a free, family-friendly event celebrating everything that Newtown has to offer. Through delicious food, live music, performance, historic trolley tours and more, the rich history and culture of Newtown will come to life.

We're looking for local food trucks, restaurants, home cooks, artisans, shop owners, and more to sign up to be vendors and help us show the community all there truly is to discover and enjoy in Newtown. This is a fantastic opportunity for small businesses, restaurants and artists to gain exposure to hundreds of Newtown residents and visitors—let us know why you'd be a great vendor!

ONLINE APPLICATIONS DUE BY SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12! Vendor applications will be reviewed the week of October 13 and chosen vendors will be notified the week of October 20.

Note: Vendor capacity is limited and vendors will be assess on a case-by-case basis.

VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING/PROCESSING ALL TRANSACTIONS Vendors acknowledge that all profits from any sales of their goods made at the event belong to the vendor alone, and that they are responsible for collecting/processing all sales transactions made on-site via their preferred payment collection method(s).*

VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SETUP AND CLEANUP RELATING TO THEIR BOOTH OR GOODS. Vendors acknowledge that they are responsible for setup (not including tent, table, and chairs provided by event organizers) and cleanup of their booth, including trash/waste removal from their booth site that does not fit in event-provided trash receptacle. ANY vendors that leave trash behind will be subject to a cleanup fee.*

All vendor booths (non-food trucks) include: One (1) 10' x 10' white tent One (1) 8' wide table Two (2) folding chairs These items will be setup prior to vendor arrival onsite. Vendor is responsible for all additional setup of their booth space including, but not limited to: tablecloths, signage, goods/merchandise arrangement, approved branding and decorations. A full list of permitted and prohibited items will be shared with vendors following the vendor review and selection process.*
