A minimum rental period may apply. Delivery and pickup are scheduled in advance, and late pickups or early returns require prior notice.
Site Requirements
A level, accessible site is required for drop-off. The renter must ensure proper site access, including any gates or other entry requirements. Mileage or remote location surcharges may apply depending on the delivery location.
Service & Maintenance
B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC provides standard cleaning and preparation prior to delivery. For rentals of one day or longer, a service representative will be dispatched the following day and each subsequent day for the duration of the rental. The representative will restock supplies, remove waste at an approved disposal facility, and clean the trailer on site. Customers must ensure access to the trailer during scheduled servicing. If access is blocked, additional charges may apply for rescheduling. Excessive use beyond normal capacity may also require additional servicing at the renter’s expense.
Damage & Misuse
The renter is responsible for vandalism, fire damage, improper relocation, or tipping of the unit(s). Hazardous waste or prohibited materials must not be placed in the restroom unit(s).
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to fees. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or invoice, as approved.

Liability, Deposit, and Terms
By signing this form, the renter agrees to the following terms: The renter is fully responsible for the care, custody, and control of the rented restroom unit(s) during the rental period. Any damages, vandalism, misuse, neglect, theft, or loss of the restroom unit(s), whether caused by the renter, guests, employees, or third parties, shall be the sole responsibility of the renter. The renter agrees to reimburse B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC for the full cost of repairs or replacement resulting from such damages or losses, as well as reasonable cleaning or sanitation fees beyond normal use. An initial security deposit of $1000.00 is required at the time of reservation.
This deposit will be held until the conclusion of the rental period. If no significant damages are found upon inspection, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of damages, the deposit may be applied in part or in full toward repair or replacement costs. B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, delays, or interruptions of service arising from the renter’s use of the restroom unit(s). The renter agrees to provide safe access for delivery and pickup of the restroom unit(s) and acknowledges responsibility for any site-related hazards that may affect placement, use, or retrieval of the equipment. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in removal of the unit(s) without notice and additional charges. The restroom unit(s) are to be used solely for their intended purpose. The renter shall not relocate, alter, or modify the unit(s) without prior written approval from B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC. Unauthorized relocation or modification may result in additional charges. Servicing and pumping of the restroom unit(s) will be performed by B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC according to the agreed schedule. Additional service requests may result in extra charges. The disposal of hazardous, toxic, or non-biodegradable materials into the restroom unit(s) is strictly prohibited. Any costs arising from improper disposal will be billed to the renter. Cancellations made less than [1 days] prior to the delivery date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or transportation disruptions. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the renter’s use of the restroom unit(s).
