    Book your commercial stall for the Winter Freshers Fair below. The event will be held on Tuesday 27th January, with setup from 9am and opening 11am-3pm at our City Campus.

    • Terms & Conditions of booking with LBSU for Winter Freshers 2025 
      • By submitting this form you are committing to the costs of your booking. Any bookings cancelled from December 2025 onwards will still incur the full cost of a booking.

      • Payment must be made on time and in advance of the event. Failure to pay may result in your booking(s) being cancelled or your staff being refused entry to the event, and payment still being due as a result of us not being able to sell your booking to alternative customers.
         
      • In the event of a Freshers event or any other media opportunity being unable to go ahead as planned, we will initially make attempts to reschedule your stall for an alternative date. Credit for alternative media will be offered in the first instance for stallholders who cannot make the alternative date.

      • Leeds Beckett Students’ Union is not responsible for any costs incurred to you as a stallholder for this event. This includes but is not limited to: in the event of cancellation, rearrangement, or refusal of entry.

      • In the event that your stall requires a larger plot in order to be accommodated at one of our Freshers events, you may be charged for this extra space after the event.

      • We will liaise directly with the contact details provided in this form. Where you are representing a client please ensure you are responsible for all direct communications with them. We are not able to accommodate liaising with both agencies and clients for a single booking. 

      • Where media needs to be shared for your booking, such as health and safety documents or social media content, please do not share expirable links to support this. Refunds and credit notes will not be available for content not made live when scheduled due to expirable links. 

      • LBSU has a range of exclusive contracts with sponsors, and other pre-arranged vetoes. You will not advertise the following: 
        - Pizza
        - Taxi/car hire services
        - Nightlife promoters
        - Adult entertainment
        - Gambling entertainment
        - Pay-day loans 
        - Competitor courses of study to Leeds Beckett 

      • No plastic bags may be distributed at any LBSU event.
