Hair Replacement Application

Hello, beautiful! Thank you for your interest in becoming a client at Hue & Mane. Because I take a limited number of new clients each month, I ask every prospective guest to complete a short consultation application. The details you share here let me begin designing your experience before we ever meet.

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your consultation appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit. If you move forward with services, your deposit will be applied toward your total investment.

After you submit, I personally review every response. If it looks like we're a great fit, I'll follow up within 24 business hours with available consultation times and a link to secure your spot with your deposit. If I don't think we're the right match yet, I'll let you know that too, along with next steps.

Are you aware that the investment in a semi-permanent (mesh/meshless integration) hair solution can range between $1,800 to $5,000+?

All semi-permanent hair replacement methods require maintenance appointments to keep your hair and scalp healthy and to keep you looking your best. The times are determined on a case by case basis, but usually are every 4-8 weeks. These appointments can range from $175 to 500+ depending on your needs and methods used. Would you be willing to commit to these maintenance appointments?
