• I’m a UK-based strength and conditioning coach working in football, with experience from academy to first-team level across non-league to Premier League.

    Through my own background in sport and through coaching, I’ve seen how aspiring and semi-pro athletes often don’t get the same access to S&C support as professionals, despite being some of the most driven and dedicated people I’ve met. My aim is to bridge that gap by helping them get the support they deserve.

    I mainly specialise in team sports through my work in football, and in speed and running performance through my own training background. But ultimately, I’m here to help anyone looking to improve their strength/fitness/performance.

  • Online Coaching - Fully Tailored (£99/ month)

    Individualised strength, conditioning, and nutrition support built around your schedule, delivered through my SGP app. You will receive structured training plans with video demonstrations, progress tracking, and workout logging, allowing for detailed programming and progress tracking. Alongside this, you’ll have regular WhatsApp check-ins and ongoing communication and support to keep you accountable and on track.
  • Online Coaching - SGP Team (£20/month)

    A great value way to follow pro-level training each week. Sign up to join the team and get access to fresh sessions every week – including gym and conditioning workouts that professional footballers do – with the flexibility to complete them across the week whenever it suits your schedule. All sessions are delivered through my SGP app, which includes video demonstrations, progress tracking, and workout logging to keep you accountable and improving week to week.
  • In person Coaching *limited availability* (£45/session)

    1-to-1 strength & conditioning sessions delivered in the gym or through non-gym-based conditioning, such as track/pitch/road sessions. Includes performance testing and tailored training to build strength, speed, power, and fitness. Sessions are based across Wiltshire & Dorset (England), with gym sessions currently only available on limited days in Swindon.
