  • Tree space: HCCMidland will provide a tree that will be set up at the Midland Park Mall. Will be a first come - first serve on color of tree. Trees will be throughout Midland Park Mall. Participants will be responsible for furnishing their own decorations. You can decorate your tree between October 20th to October 26th at the Mall (Call 432) 694-1663) by scheduling a time and also get a tour.

    All trees must be set up by October 25, 2025. They will remain up for viewing until November 3, 2025. HCCMidland will take down all decorations. (If you want to keep the decorations, please indicate on this form

    Altar space: Individual 6’ x 4’ spaces will be allocated to each organization. Participants will be responsible for furnishing their own set-up. No items may extend more than two feet from your space or visually block the space next to you. All candles need to be battery powered.

    Set up begins at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025. Your Altar must be ready by 1:00 p.m. for a safety inspection. Someone should be with your altar continually until closing. All participants need to secure merchandise during the hours of set up, festival and tear down. Take down will be 6:00pm Saturday, November 1, 2025. (HCCMidland/Midland Park Mall are not responsible for any lost or damaged items, equipment, or personal property. You are responsible for cleaning your area during and after the festival.)

    Electrical outlets: 110v electrical outlets (20 amps total) can be provided. Any special electrical needs must be listed on this form. Vendors will be responsible for their own electrical extension cords and lighting as necessary.

    Vendor Parking: Vendors may park in the southeast side parking lot – Rodeo Western entrance.

    DEADLINE FOR RETURNING THIS CONTRACT IS October 20, 2025
