Registration for ETSU Jazz Fest: Saturday, March 7, 2026
Registration will remain open open until all available spots have been filled. If you wish to register more than one ensemble, please fill out SEPARATE forms for each group.
Fees & Payment
Registration fees are based on group size - large ensembles/big bands (10+ members) are $175; small ensembles/combos (fewer than 10 members) is $125. Registration fees include the ensemble performance/clinic, pizza lunch for students and directors, and admittance to the final concert featuring the guest artists with the ETSU Jazz Ensemble! Once registration closes and the schedule is confirmed, you will receive an invoice that may be paid by check or credit card.

We ask that you submit your repertoire selections no later than Friday, February 6, 2026 for inclusion in the digital program. Please plan to provide hard copies of the scores for the clinicians to have access to during your performance. Reminders will be sent out closer to the dates.
