Emily's Pet Care is continuing to grow! We are now accepting applications and will continue to do so to build a team of excellent pet care providers. We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented and professional pet lovers. Basic job requirements:

US citizens or legally authorized to work in the US for at least the next 12 months* Over 18 years of age* Able to pass a background check* Local full-time resident of St. Charles County during time of employment* Able to receive regular paychecks* Reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license and insurance* Able to commit to this position for a minimum of 2 months from date of hire* Must be able to work at least 2 holidays of the 4 major holidays – Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years* Cell phone with texting capabilities and internet access* Comfortable driving between locations, and driving in all weather conditions
Job Responsibilities:

Dog walking, pet sitting, which requires providing care for the pet and taking responsibility for the safety and well-being of the pets in your care* Caring for clients' homes and making sure it's secure and safe.* Follow directions for specific pet's needs and awareness of pet's overall health.* Feeding pets* Giving pets medications* Picking up pet waste during walks, cleaning litter boxes and yard scooping* Must be able to walk for long periods, and in rain, snow, and heat.* Be educated on all local animal laws, ordinances and regulations or be willing to learn them* Organizational skills for daily schedule of appointments* Time Management skills to arrive to appointments in a timely manner
