Aura Pole Studio – Key & Access Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to grant a key and permission to access Aura Pole Studio for the purpose of personal practice only. This access does not constitute rental of the space or permission for commercial activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This agreement is made between Aura Pole Studio ("Studio") and the "Recipient" (as outlined below regarding access to Aura Pole Studio, located at Factory 15, 11 Pearse Street Warragul.

Terms of Access
This Agreement is effective from the date the agreement is signed and will continue on a week-to-week basis until terminated by either party with 7 days notice, and any keys or related property is returned to Aura Pole Studio.

The Studio reserves the right to revoke access at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the Recipient must return the key immediately.

Payment
The Recipient agrees to pay the Studio $30 per week for access to the Studio. Payments are due each week, in advance, via bank transfer, EFTPOS or cash. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

Key Responsibility & Access Restrictions
The Recipient agrees to keep the key secure and confidential. The key is non-transferable. The Recipient must not permit access to any other person without written permission from the Studio.

Any lost or stolen key must be reported immediately to the Studio. The Recipient may be responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys or rekeying the premises.

Use of the Space
The Recipient understands that the Studio may run classes, private lessons, events or other activities at any time. The Recipient agrees to work around any scheduled classes or activities and to vacate or share space as directed by the Studio.

The Recipient agrees to comply with all Studio rules, including cleaning and tidying after use, and ensuring all equipment is used safely.

Liability & Indemnity
The Recipient uses the Studio at their own risk. The Studio is not liable for any personal injury, theft, or damage while using the premises.

The Recipient agrees to indemnify and the Studio against any claims arising from their use.
