Once your payment is completed, your order is locked in. If you choose to cancel your order after I have ordered your books, There will be a $4 service fee PER BOOK.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
By signing the terms and sales agreement and submitting your order, you explicitly agree to the following non-negotiable refund terms designed to protect against non-recoverable manufacturing and merchant processing costs:
Scenario 1: Cancellation BEFORE Amazon printing (Within 24 Hours of Order) If you cancel your order before the books are officially submitted to Amazon for printing, your refund will be subject to a 3.5% non-refundable merchant processing fee. This fee covers the exact card processing costs retained by our payment processor (Square) which cannot be recovered.
Scenario 2: Cancellation AFTER Amazon printing (After 24 Hours of Order) Because these custom-printed books are manufactured to order specifically for you, once the order is submitted to Amazon KDP, the printing process cannot be halted. Any cancellation requested after this point is subject to a strict $4.00 manufacturing fee per book ordered. Your partial refund will consist of the remaining balance minus this per-book fee.
Agreement: I understand that all sales are final once shipped. I authorize the merchant to issue a partial refund deducting the appropriate merchant processing or manufacturing fees outlined above should I request a cancellation.
