Fill out the form below to apply for the Yuletide Magickal Market. Sunday, December 7th at The Salisbury Center. 11am-4pm. This is an indoor event rain or shine. There are no refunds. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. Filling out an application does not guarantee acceptance. Previous acceptance to a Silver Moon Emporium Market also does not guarantee acceptance. Priority is given to vendors with handmade items, or to small businesses that provide services to the community. Readers, healers, and other like services are subject to an additional approval process, if this is your first time at this market. MLM and direct sales are automatically waitlisted. You will be notified through email within 1-3 days if you are accepted along with your vendor market and payment instructions. Payment is due within 48 hours of being invoiced. Invoices not paid within 48 hours will be canceled and the space will be given to another vendor, unless other reasonable arrangements have been made. Spaces cannot be held for an extended period of time without payment. Once paid your space is secured. Please include any special requests or accommodations you may need in your application in the additional comments/questions section (these are not guaranteed, but I will do my best to accommodate them) Melissa Harvey and Whispering Willow Wellness LLC are the only organizers. Please Read & sign (this is your contract). I have read the description above and acknowledge and understand that I will be notified within 3-5 days by email if I am approved. I understand that previous approval to a Silver Moon Emporium Market is not a guarantee of approval. If approved I understand that my space is not secured until I have paid, and will pay promptly once my invoice is received, and that failure to pay or otherwise make reasonable arrangements will result in the loss of my space. I understand that if my space is not paid within the specified timeframe (48 hours of invoice unless other arrangements are made following approval notice) that my invoice will be canceled and my space given to another vendor, no additional reminders (payment is your responsibility). I understand that no canopy frames are allowed due to changes at the venue. I understand this event is rain or shine and there are no refunds. I understand rudeness and drama will not be tolerated at this event, and I will practice professionally and courteously towards other vendors, patrons, and the staff of The Salisbury Center. I acknowledge and understand that it is recommended that I have my own business liability insurance. Melissa Harvey, Whispering Willow Wellness LLC, The Salisbury Center, and any other associated parties are not responsible for any injuries or loss/damages to my self, my helpers, or my products. I understand that if any of the above rules are broken I will be asked to leave at my own expense. Further, I understand that a vendor packet with clear guidelines will be sent out with my approval and by submitting payment for this event I am also agreeing to those guidelines as well. No refunds.
