Vendor Disclosure Statement – Candy for Kids Event
By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Family-Friendly Requirement – All booths must be appropriate for children and families. Content, displays, and activities must be suitable for all ages.
Set-Up Time – Vendors must have their booth fully set up and ready to operate by 5:00 PM on October 31, 2025.
Candy Guidelines – Only individually wrapped candy may be distributed.
Booth Space – Each business or vendor will be provided a space in front of their business or a 10x10 space in the Town of White Stone.
Supplies & Equipment – Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents (optional), tables, chairs, and any additional supplies needed.
Power Access – Electrical access will not be available for vendors.
Liability – Vendors are responsible for their own property and materials. The event organizers and the White Stone Fire Department are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
