    Pricing & Perks:

    • Investment: $150/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
    • Mandatory Custodial/Event Staff: $250 Flat Fee
    • Stress-Free Staffing: Add on our expert bartenders, event managers, or on-site custodial team to handle the details while you celebrate. Southport requires 1 mandatory custodial staff member on hand to handle any questions, spills, or emergencies. There is a $250 flat fee for this staff person.
    • The Experience: Picture a romantic beach ceremony, cocktails in the courtyard, or a cozy late-night bonfire.


    We offer a completely private setting with plenty of free parking for your guests, plus a complimentary website to share all your event details.

    Event Capacity

    Our versatile main hall accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. The final capacity will depend on your specific layout requirements, such as the placement of a dance floor, head table, or gift area.

    Catering Information

    Catering Prep Area: We provide a dedicated catering prep and staging area. As this is not a fully-equipped kitchen, your chosen caterer must be self-sufficient. They are responsible for bringing all necessary cooking/warming equipment, serving tools, and cleaning supplies, and must leave the area clean upon departure.


    Your Choice of Caterer: We offer you the flexibility to select a licensed and insured caterer that best fits your taste and budget. We maintain a list of preferred partners who are familiar with our venue and provide exceptional service. Should you choose a caterer not on our approved list, a $200 facility usage fee will apply.

      To ensure the safety of our guests and maintain compliance with state and local regulations, the Southport Beach House strictly adheres to the following beverage policies:

      Wisconsin Liquor License Compliance: The Southport Beach House holds a valid Wisconsin Liquor License. In accordance with state law, all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services must be provided exclusively by our facility.

      City of Kenosha Wristband Policy: In compliance with City of Kenosha regulations, all individuals of legal drinking age must wear a designated wristband provided by our staff. This wristband must be visible at all times to be served or to possess alcoholic beverages within the venue.

      No "Carry-In" or "Carry-Out" Policy

      • Carry-Ins: Guests and event organizers are strictly prohibited from bringing outside alcohol, coolers, or beverages of any kind onto the premises (including the building, deck, and immediate surrounding areas).
      • Carry-Outs: No alcoholic beverages purchased or served within the venue may be taken off-site or outside the designated licensed areas.
        Enforcement To protect our license and ensure a safe environment:
      • Any unauthorized outside alcohol found on the premises will be confiscated immediately.
      • The event host may be subject to additional fees or the immediate termination of bar service if guests fail to comply with this policy.
        All guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol, and valid photo ID is required for service.
      • We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and legal environment for your celebration!
