Pricing & Perks:
- Investment: $150/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
- Mandatory Custodial/Event Staff: $250 Flat Fee
- Stress-Free Staffing: Add on our expert bartenders, event managers, or on-site custodial team to handle the details while you celebrate. Southport requires 1 mandatory custodial staff member on hand to handle any questions, spills, or emergencies. There is a $250 flat fee for this staff person.
- The Experience: Picture a romantic beach ceremony, cocktails in the courtyard, or a cozy late-night bonfire.
We offer a completely private setting with plenty of free parking for your guests, plus a complimentary website to share all your event details.

Event Capacity

Our versatile main hall accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. The final capacity will depend on your specific layout requirements, such as the placement of a dance floor, head table, or gift area.

Catering Information

Catering Prep Area: We provide a dedicated catering prep and staging area. As this is not a fully-equipped kitchen, your chosen caterer must be self-sufficient. They are responsible for bringing all necessary cooking/warming equipment, serving tools, and cleaning supplies, and must leave the area clean upon departure.

Your Choice of Caterer: We offer you the flexibility to select a licensed and insured caterer that best fits your taste and budget. We maintain a list of preferred partners who are familiar with our venue and provide exceptional service. Should you choose a caterer not on our approved list, a $200 facility usage fee will apply.

Beverage Service & Licensing Policy
To ensure the safety of our guests and maintain compliance with state and local regulations, the Southport Beach House strictly adheres to the following beverage policies:

Wisconsin Liquor License Compliance: The Southport Beach House holds a valid Wisconsin Liquor License. In accordance with state law, all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services must be provided exclusively by our facility.

City of Kenosha Wristband Policy: In compliance with City of Kenosha regulations, all individuals of legal drinking age must wear a designated wristband provided by our staff. This wristband must be visible at all times to be served or to possess alcoholic beverages within the venue.

No "Carry-In" or "Carry-Out" Policy
- Carry-Ins: Guests and event organizers are strictly prohibited from bringing outside alcohol, coolers, or beverages of any kind onto the premises (including the building, deck, and immediate surrounding areas).
- Carry-Outs: No alcoholic beverages purchased or served within the venue may be taken off-site or outside the designated licensed areas.
  Enforcement To protect our license and ensure a safe environment:
- Any unauthorized outside alcohol found on the premises will be confiscated immediately.
- The event host may be subject to additional fees or the immediate termination of bar service if guests fail to comply with this policy.
  All guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol, and valid photo ID is required for service.
- We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and legal environment for your celebration!

Your rental includes exclusive use of our venue as a clean, empty "raw space," providing total freedom for your custom design and vendor selection.Please note your contracted rental period is continuous. It must encompass all activity, from the first vendor's arrival for setup to the final departure after breakdown and cleanup.

Private use of beach and patio

Make Lake Michigan the backdrop to your forever. Our private beach offers an exclusive sanctuary for your wedding ceremony, sunset cocktails, or an intimate late-night bonfire. Whether you’re beginning your journey with a stunning waterfront exchange or winding down under the stars, this breathtaking setting is yours for up to four hours.Peace of Mind: Includes all necessary permits and three hours of professional supervision by the Kenosha Fire Department.

Cleaning Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all events. This deposit protects the venue and is held to cover any potential costs incurred during your event, such as damages to the property or equipment, excessive cleaning needs beyond our standard service, or any outstanding final charges. Our goal is to return it to you in full!

Event INSURANCE

The Client is required to obtain and maintain, at their own expense, a General Liability insurance policy for the event date(s). The policy must include minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate. The Certificate of Insurance (COI) must name the City of Kenosha and 5Kevents.org, LLC, its owners, and employees as an 'Additional Insured'. A convenient, all-inclusive station for your guests.Includes: A selection of regular, decaf, and tea K-Cup® pods, ceramic cups, and a full condiment bar (sugars, creamers, stir sticks).Price: $1.50 pp, (A 20% gratuity charge is included to the package price). This is less than the price of a single cup of coffee at a local cafe.

Unlimited Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service

Keep your guests refreshed with unlimited soft drinks, assorted juices, lemonade, iced tea, Coffee and filtered water. Includes all necessary cups and ice. Price: $4.00 per person. (A 20% gratuity charge is included to the package price). On average, a guest at an event with unlimited beverage service will consume 1 drink per hour.

Holiday Surcharge

A flat-rate Holiday Surcharge of $500 will be applied to all bookings held on nationally recognized holidays or holiday weekends. This fee ensures that our dedicated service team is fairly compensated for working on peak dates, allowing us to maintain the high standard of excellence for your event.

Tableware/Flatware / Glasswaree

Typically provided by the caterer. If your caterer does not offer this option we can prodvide, you may provide, or you may rent from a third party. Complete, basic place settings (dinner plate, salad plate, flatware, and water/wine glass) $5.95 per guest plus 20% gratuity and includes set-up, cloth napkin, and clearing of tables.
