    The Adopt-a-Flowerpot Program gives residents, businesses, and community groups the opportunity to help beautify Eastern Boulevard by adopting and maintaining decorative flowerpots.For an annual fee, participants can support a more vibrant, welcoming streetscape while enjoying the pride of caring for a visible part of our community.

    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the guidelines of the Adopt-A-Flowerpot Program. I understand that: I am committing to care for the adopted flowerpot(s) for one year. Renewal requires payment of the annual adoption fee. As the adopter, I am expected to maintain my flowerpot (watering, weeding, seasonal décor) and to contact the Streetscape Committee if my pot is damaged, moved, or needs replacement. Together, we will find a solution. If a flowerpot is neglected for an extended period, it may be reassigned to the next participant on the waitlist to ensure ongoing community beautification. All decorations and displays must follow program guidelines.

  • Adopt-A-Flowerpot Program – Guidelines Acknowledgment Form

    The Adopt-A-Flowerpot Program is a community effort to beautify Eastern Boulevard. To ensure success, all participants must agree to follow the program’s guidelines.
  • Program Guidelines

    Appropriate Content – Decorations must be family-friendly and free from offensive or vulgar imagery.Respectful Displays – Messages and symbols must be inclusive and non-discriminatory.Safety First – Decorations must not block sidewalks, interfere with visibility, or create hazards.Year-Round Care – Participants are responsible for watering, weeding, and maintaining their flowerpot in all seasons.Creative Expression – Seasonal plants and personal decorations are encouraged, as long as they align with these rules.Limited Advertising – Business names are permitted, but large-scale commercial advertising is not allowed.Community Participation – Attendance at Fall and Spring planting days is encouraged.Waitlist & Reassignment – If a pot is left neglected for an extended period, it may be reassigned to the next participant on the waitlist to ensure ongoing care and beautification.Shared Responsibility – If a flowerpot is damaged or moved, participants are asked to notify the Streetscape Committee so that a solution can be found together.
