A request for public records shall identify the requested record with reasonable specificity. Please describe the type of documents or information you seek. If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident, please provide, if not already provided, the name(s) of the parties involved, the name of the investigating officer, the date and approximate time of the incident, the near exact location of the incident, most importantly the local case or incident number.
