  • AHSIE 2026 Vendor Mercado Interest Form

  • The Alliance of Hispanic Serving Institution Educators (AHSIE) is holding its annual Best Practices Conference at the Sheraton Boston Hotel from March 8 – 11, 2026.

    This year, in addition to supporting the nation’s HSIs, AHSIE wants to be able to support small business Latinx/a/o/e creators. AHSIE is inviting interested vendors to participate in the “Mercado” at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, taking place on Monday, March 9, 2026.

    Participating vendors will have the exclusive opportunity to showcase and sell their products to over 700 conference attendees! Vendors are welcome to set up and sell during the hours listed below, corresponding to key events in and around the Mercado area.

    Please be aware that attendees may also visit booths between/during sessions.

    Participating vendors may not sell or give away any food or beverages.

    The cost to become a vendor is $50 per table.

    All interested parties must complete the form below no later than Monday, January 12.

    Vendor spots will be chosen based on a selection of criteria, such as product differentiation, form completion date, and more.

  • Requirements

    • You will be notified via email after the form deadline to confirm you have been accepted as a vendor. Once approved, submit the appropriate payment via check (information will come later) to secure your spot. Payment must be received by February 1.
    • Vendors must be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) alongside payment that will be given to the Sheraton Boston.
    • Prepare your products to be sold at the Mercado during the date/times listed above!
    • Arrive to the hotel on Sunday, March 8, to set-up during the times listed above. The Vendor Mercado room will be locked overnight to protect merchandise.
    • You are responsible for setting up and tearing down your booth. Teardown times will be up to the vendor, depending on when you are done selling.

    What AHSIE will provide:

    • 6' table, 2 chairs, and linen per each $50 payment in the Republic Ballroom A + Foyer (maximum two tables)
    • Complimentary WIFI in the conference center
    • A secure room to store products overnight
    • The opportunity to ship products to the hotel (receiving fees will be associated and would be covered by vendor)
    • $35 daily event parking (no in & out privileges – must be pre-reserved)
    • An email to all committed vendors a month in advance with additional load-in information and vendor details

    Please note that we will not be providing vendors with complimentary power. If you wish to purchase power, please let us know.
