How this works
Step ① — Open the fillable PDF form
Click the blue 'Go to the Fillable Tuition Reimbursement Request' button (yes, it opens a PDF in a new window).
Step ② — Fill it out
Complete all applicable fillable fields in the document. When you’re done, Download → Save with changes.
Save it using this name: Lastname_Firstname_tuition_YYYY-MM-DD.pdf.
Step ③ — Upload & submit here
Come back to this form, upload the PDF you just saved, add any supporting docs, and click Submit for Approval.

What happens next
Your request routes to your Supervisor first.
Then it routes to the Superintendent, and finally the Business Office for processing.
You’ll receive an email receipt right away and status emails after each approval/denial.
If it’s urgent, note the date needed in Comments.
Tips
Preferred format: PDF, max 25 MB. (Attach conference documents as a second PDF if needed.)
