All service bookings include one primary device. Additional devices are priced separately.
Configure a new PC/Mac, create user accounts, install updates.
Mount a TV on the wall, connect soundbar/AV receiver, optimize cables.
Transfer data, set up email/cloud, install essential apps.
Install printer drivers, connect to Wi‑Fi, test print/fax.
Diagnose and fix issues with desktops, laptops or peripherals (billed per hour). Billed per hour. One hour includes up to 60 minutes of on-site troubleshooting (diagnosis, basic fixes, and testing). If more time is needed, we’ll review options before time runs out. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Configure Roku, Firestick, Apple TV, Direct TV Gemini, or Chromecast.
Install and configure Ring, Nest or other smart doorbells. Includes connecting to Wi‑Fi and app setup.
Install indoor/outdoor cameras, connect to smart hubs, configure motion alerts.
Install and configure devices such as Nest, Ecobee.
Set up a new router or modem; configure network SSID and password.
Install multi‑unit mesh systems; optimize placement and configuration.
1-hour minimum. Includes up to 60 minutes on-site to diagnose and optimize your Wi-Fi/network (slow speeds, dropouts, dead zones, device connection issues, router/modem setup). If more time is needed, we’ll review options before the hour ends. Equipment not included.
Optimize operating system performance, remove junk files and update drivers.
Scan and remove viruses/malware, install antivirus software.
Install and configure a password manager (e.g., Bitwarden, Dashlane).
Set up automated backups to external drives or cloud, recover lost files.
