    The Daytona Beach Arts Fest attracts a wide demographic of attendees due to the diversity of our programming. Here are some general statistics that reflect our audience:

    2022 (Inaugural Year): 10,000–12,000 attendees over 2 days. (80% local. Day 2 canceled due to inclement weather.)
    2023: More than 8,000 attendees on the first day before weather forced a cancellation of day two.
    2024 Anticipated Attendance: 12,000–15,000.
    2025 Actual Attendance: Over 15,000 attendees and 180 artists participated.
    2026 Projection: Continuing to grow as one of Central Florida’s premier fine arts festivals.

    Audience Snapshot:

    20% travel from outside Volusia County (100-mile radius)
    55% have an average household income exceeding $80,000
    65% hold a college or advanced degree
    90% are between the ages of 25–65
    The event provides significant advantages to the Riverfront Arts District, a non-profit organization committed to nurturing emerging artists and offering art and culture-focused activities, initiatives, and programs to the community.

  • Exhibitor Procedures
    To ensure a smooth and successful experience at Daytona Beach Arts Fest 2026 (DBAF26), please review the following requirements and guidelines:

    Application & Confirmation

    • Complete the online application.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your application is processed.

    Set-Up & Festival Hours

    • Set-up is Friday, April 10, 2026. Location: North Beach Street in Downtown Daytona Beach
    • All organizations are required to be on premise during the entire festival weekend (April 11–12) during festival hours.


    Booth Space & Equipment

    • Each exhibitor is allocated a 12x12 space.
    • Exhibitors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials.
    • Items may be left in place overnight; 24/7 security will be on site. (DBAF is not responsible for theft—please do not leave valuables at your booth.)

    Electricity

    • Electricity is available on a limited basis.
    • You must request electricity in your application if needed.


    Engagement & Promotion

    • We encourage you to host an interactive activity (art demo, game, hands-on craft, etc.) to attract visitors to your booth.
    • Promotional assets will be provided prior to the event.
    • All exhibitors are requested to share their participation on social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels.
