2026 Election Week Cookie Sale Cookie Reservation

Welcome to our online sign-up for 2026 Election Week Cookie Sales (EWCS). EWCS can be held October 30 - November 8, 2026. Please review ALL the information below so that the troop is aware of the timeline, guidelines, and requirements for participating in EWCS. Be sure that you complete the ENTIRE FORM and click the submit button at the bottom. You will see a "Thank You" page AND receive an email confirmation from Jotform when the form is successfully submitted.
We are not asking for your booth information in this jotform. In order to give you more time to secure booth sites, we will ask for this information in October. At that time we will send you link to another Jotform.
Deadline to submit this form is October 4, 2026.
Please read the statements below and select "Agree" to confirm the troop understands and acknowledges the following:
The troop or Girl Scouts with parents/caregivers must receive the service unit's approval for its booth sale site. The GSOFCT Product Sales team does NOT assign or approve booth sale sites.
The troop or Girl Scout with a parent/caregiver must review the EWCS guidelines and the Safety Activity Checkpoint for Cookie and Product Sales at gsofct.org
The troop will submit their booth details no later than October 10 on the JotForm that will be emailed to the troop on October 5.
I understand that the price of all varieties of Girl Scouts cookies is $6 per package and will not sell them at a different price point.
If this troop has an ACH Authorization form on file (submitted for the 2026 cookie program) and their bank or signer information has not changed since then, the troop is not required to submit a new form this year. New troops and those with a change in account information or signers must complete an ACH Authorization form by October 30, 2026.The link to the authorization can be found on the Election Week Cookie Sale page (under the Cookies+ Tab) at gsofct.org.
Payment for the troop's EWCS will be via an ACH withdrawal from the troop's bank account. The withdrawal date will be December 4, 2026. By clicking the Agree button, you acknowledge that funds from the troop's EWCS must be deposited into the troop's bank account with sufficient time to be available for the withdrawal on December 4, 2026. Failure to have enough funds to make full payment may result in a non-sufficient fund fee being applied to the troop's bank account.

This form serves to: 1) Register the troop's or Girl Scout's cookie sale AND 2) Reserve cookies. If the troop does not submit this form, cookies will NOT be ordered for the troop.

Troops can choose to order the standard 21, 31, or 42 cases (each case is 12 packages) or put in a custom order. The following varieties are available for EWCS: Adventurefuls™, Lemon-Ups®, Trefoils®, Do-si-dos®, Samoas®, Tagalongs®, Thin Mints®, and Exploremores™.

Toffee-tastic® will not be available for EWCS.

All packages of cookies are $6.

NOTE: Troops are eligible to earn a $20 bonus for every 240 packages (20 cases) sold. Cookies sold for the Cookies for Heroes Program WILL count toward earning the bonus.

Return Policy: Returns must be made no later than Friday, November 13, 2026. For EWCS only, individual packages (opened cases) are eligible to be returned.
