In consideration of my involvement in an Alumni Reunion Event to be held at

Camp Winadu on July 24th, 2026, I hereby acknowledge:

1. I understand that there may be certain elements of risks or danger of accidents inherent in my involvement with this event and/or my presence on site.

2. I agree to assume these risks and shall indemnify, release and hold harmless Lakeside Retreats, LLC; Winadu Real Estate Co., LLC; Winadu Operating Co., LLC; CG IX, LLC, and CampGroup, LLC, their officers, directors, members, volunteers, and employees from and against all liability, claims or damages arising out my presence at or involvement with this event, including any that might occur in the course of my travel from or thereto.

3. I understand that this agreement is deemed to be entered into in the State of Massachusetts and is governed and enforced by Massachusetts Law. This agreement is binding on my heirs and assignees.
