In order to receive reimbursement for expenses incurred, committee members are required to submit expenses to MSEA no later than 30 calendar days after the meeting/event for which they are seeking reimbursement.

Receipts are required for all expenses except for tolls less than $10. Mapquest is required for any manually entered mileage. Meals require itemized receipt listing items ordered, regardless of amount. Alcoholic beverages are not eligible for reimbursement. PDF format is strongly preferred. Expenses not supported with the required documentation will be denied.*
