December: Congregation's Supply Requests

All submissions are final after the 15th of the month. Please do not look for supply ministers for the dates you requested, until the schedule is released. If a supply minister is scheduled and you are no longer requesting a supply for that Sunday, it will be the congregation's responsibility to contact and cancel the minister. Payment will be due to the minister if cancellation is less than two weeks prior to commitment. Cancellations by the congregations will be marked accordingly and could lead to removal from the supply schedule if it becomes a frequent occurrence.
Reminder

Due to the supply shortage, the Supply Coordinator will no longer be providing coverage for Interim Ministers. The Supply Coordinator already does not cover supplies for ministers under call.
