I hereby contract AquaTerra Coaching, LLC as my personal coach for my triathlon training. I agree to a monthly payment $250.00 USD, deliverable on the first of each month, but not later than the 10th. Payments may be made via Venmo ( @aquaterracoach ), PayPal ( @AquaTerraCoachingLLC ), Zelle ( coachbrian@aquaterracoaching.com ) or via check mailed to AquaTerra Coaching, LLC's main office. Any amendments to this rate and/or timeline must be mutually agreed upon by both parties. This contract goes into effect on the day it is signed by the athlete. This contract remains in effect until termination or modification is mutually agreed upon by both parties. Termination or modification may be initiated by either party for any reason. Re-establishment of coaching services after the expiration of this contract this requires that a new Coaching Contract is signed and dated.
