1. Early Check-In and Late Check-out can be requested, but not guaranteed.

2. Room rate is $229 per night for a king room, $229 per night for a double room.

3. Please register all guests, and enter arrival and departure dates.

* Cancellations or changes following registration that result in financial penalties to the Chapter are the responsibility of the registrant.

The Southeast Texas Chapter will be responsible for the following: (a) making all hotel reservations; (b) we will sponsor the cost of two couples per participating organization attending the Annual Meeting and Christmas Party Dinner; and (c) we will sponsor the cost of one hotel room night per participating NECA Contractor Member Company.
