Please use this form to submit a list of first-year seminars, first-year launches, and honors courses your department plans to offer in the upcoming semester. Note that senior honors thesis courses (691H-694H) should not be included.

- Instructor name
- Enrollment Cap (Standard enrollments are First -Year Seminar=24; First-Year Launch=35; Honors Course=24)
- Notes (list any prerequisites, restrictions, permissions, cross-lists, etc.)
- New Course? (New First-Year Seminars should be submitted via CIM by Sept 15 for the spring semester; contact Ben Haven with questions. New Honors courses must be submitted via CIM using the instructions here during the Open Scheduling Access Period; Honors will advertise the exact deadline via email.)
- New Hire? (Please indicate if the course instructor is a new hire / incoming faculty.)
