To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit reserves your party date and covers the initial planning, materials, and preparation for your child’s event.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the party date. If the final payment has not been received by this deadline, your event may be subject to cancellation without refund of the deposit.
If your booking is made less than 7 days before the party, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to a new date if notice is provided according to the cancellation policy. All payments are final once materials have been purchased and preparation has begun.
Your booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit (and, if applicable, the final balance) has been received.
