By signing this waiver, I agree and understand the following:
1. I acknowledge that the practices of yoga and somatic release ceremonies may involve physical movement, breathwork, meditation, and/or emotional release. These activities carry certain risks, including the possibility of physical injury, emotional discomfort, or unforeseen reactions.
2. I have been advised to consult with a medical and/or mental health professional prior to joining any class, workshop, or ceremony, especially if I have existing health conditions or concerns.
3. If instructors or facilitators provide physical adjustments or supportive touch, I understand I have the right to decline at any time by verbally expressing my wish not to receive adjustments.
4. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless R3M3, its facilitators, instructors, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or other claims that may arise from my participation in any yoga class, ceremony, or related event.
5. I understand that emotional or somatic release practices can bring up strong experiences. I accept full responsibility for my own well-being and agree to participate at my own pace, with the option to pause or step out at any time.
6. In the event that any dispute arises out of this agreement, I agree to first attempt resolution through mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
By signing this form, I represent that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in yoga classes, somatic release ceremonies, and related activities. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and voluntarily assume all risks with full understanding of the contents and meaning of this agreement.
