    • Sending CLIENT to view and approve the properties and sign a lease.
       

    NOTE: CLIENT is responsible for touring the properties of interest; Syerena's Airbnb Academy is unable to tour any properties in person. 

     

    Timeline: It typically takes anywhere between 30 to 90 days to sign a lease. Average: 60 days. 

  • You will need at least the rent + the security deposit (which is equal to the rent amount). You may also need additional funds for supplies, furniture and/or decor, depending on whether or not the property is furnished. I'd also strongly recommend having at least the next month's rent in reserves, as it takes a few weeks to start making money. Do you have this total amount saved already, and/or credit to cover the total that you'd need?*
