Unsung Lupus Warriors Nomination
Please fill out this form to nominate your lupus warrior. All nominations must be submitted by January 15, 2026. All selected recipients will be contacted via email by March 13, 2026. The Unsung Lupus Warriors gala event will be held on May 30, 2026. All fields are required. When considering your nominee, please provide how lupus blocks or hinders their progress and the challenges involved in overcoming those hindrances to accomplish their goal. No accomplishment is too small or too big to be an Unsung Lupus Warrior

Unsung Warriors are individuals battling lupus who demonstrate resilience, courage, a positive attitude, and unwavering determination to overcome the unpredictable challenges of living with the disease. It serves as a powerful platform to encourage, empower, and celebrate their remarkable achievements.
