Things to Know About Your Rental...
1. A 50% non refundable deposit is required minimum a month prior to the solidified date.
2. The remainder of the payment will be due 1 week prior to the appointment date.
3. All parents are expected to be attentive with their children around any and all horses or other farm animals whether on the ranch or traveling to you.
4. All Parents are expected to keep children from running around, behind, or in the path of the horse(s) or other animals whether on the ranch or traveling to you.
5. If we are traveling to you we will need sufficient space to turn around and/or back the horse trailer up, have the horse tied to while getting ready, and to set up the space on the property where the handlead horse rides be walking.
6. Time starts at the scheduled start time, please be ready for us. Extra time comes with an extra charge or unhappy children.
7. All parents are required to sign a liability release form prior to children mounting the horse
8. All minors are required to wear a helmet
9. Birthday kid(s) get first dibs on the first and last ride given if they are ready and feel up to it.
10. If you rent games and we are traveling to you, the games will be gotten out and set up at the same time the horse is getting ready and the riding area is prepared. After time ends, the games, riding area, and horse will be cleaned up and loaded onto the trailer.
11. Our team is made up of volunteers whom donate their time to work with the rescues, cash tips are greatly appreciated though not required. :)
